Playing in Thirds on the 1st and 3rd String

Description

This is basically the same lesson, but you start two frets higher on the fretboard.


You are playing the notes separately in this one too, and remember you play the 3rd first. Be sure to try this the other ways too, playing both the notes at the same time.


Again I used the pick, and my middle finger, but you can play these notes using only your pick.


If you haven't tried it yet, try using your palm to mute the strings. By now you should know these positions forwards, and backwards, yes the pun was intended.
