Description

The tone for my sound is exclusively rock-driven. I'm using a gritty overdrive that is shaped by an overdrive pedal along with a tube amp (or tube amp modeler, for those with other effects). A pushed tube amp gets a nice break up in the overdrive. This can be used well in both the blues and rock settings.

We lean further to the rock side of tone with the delay effect. I set my delay at 55 BPM. This give the delay a long decay of about 1090 milliseconds. This will give your longer, held notes a thicker tone while giving your shorter, staccato notes a place in the harmony.
