Description

Using the same concept, we are going to apply this idea to minor 7th chords. Using an Ami7 chord (ACEG), we will apply this stacking thirds concept in playing a few different versions of this chord on the neck of the guitar. You can use this as a way to add to some variety over some already familiar chords, or you can apply it to your lead guitar playing. You decide!

Working with these shapes is beneficial in that you can see all the different options you have in exploring what to play instead of your standard Ami open chord. Playing these shapes is a great way to be very musical and to have a better understanding of the guitars' role in the big musical picture.
