Description
In this lesson we'll learn a turnaround that uses a common tone. That's a note that stays the same as the other notes around it change to form different chords. So we have a turnaround that contains mostly descending notes. But there is a high E note that stays the same. This is a turnaround that is frequently heard in older piano music, and jazzy blues.
