Here is the corresponding scale to the D Form. Notice that your scale root is on the 5th string. You should move this scale onto all of your 5th string reference points in order to practice in every key.
After learning this scale, you will have all of the CAGED forms that we will be using for the next few sections. There are other scales that will be learned in later tutorials, so review these and really put them into your fingers.
Next, we'll explore some practice techniques with these forms.
