Description

In this Tutorial Series we are going to expand upon our 12 Bar Blues in A!

Just like last time, now that we have our basic pattern established let's move it over to the next position. Ultimately, the idea here is that we can use the exact same pattern to play an entire 12 bar blues song or progression - simply by moving the same pattern to a different sets of strings.

So, we have three positions: A chord, D chord & E chord. The A chord position starts on the A & D strings. The D chord position moves up from the A chord to the next highest pair of strings - the D & G strings. And the E chord position moves down to the next lowest pair of strings - the E & A strings - the lowest on the guitar.
