I'd love to have a custom made guitar, heck I'd love to have 3500 bux. From the pictures, the craftmanship looks excellent. That's definitely the coolest looking axe I've seen. You'll have to let us know when you record a track with it, I'd like to hear what it sounds like.

OH god I must have it to add to my collection. Enjoy it while I come up with an INSANE offer for it.... :)
So. If you throw a cat out of a car window, is it considered "kitty litter"?

By virtue of their electrical properties, tubes generate a special waveform when they're saturated, which is why tube engineering has tremendous tonal advantages over solid state or DSP solutions, particularly for crunch and lead sounds. Tubes enter the saturation zone gradually or softly, which lends tube-driven tone its trademark yet totally unique character.

i will have to racord something in studio, since my home-system wont give the sound any credit. apart from that you have to hear it IRL - over a huge amp. its unbelivable

First off, I'd keep it closely guarded when you play gigs. That thing has got 'theft' written all over it.

Also, sometimes people want things so bad that when they finally get them, they are exstatic, regardless of whether the product really lives up to their expectations. I don't say this to be a jerk, but rather honestly ask you: Is it everything you expected? I know people can convince themselves they love something, especially if they've invested a lot of time or effort into it, when in reality it's not quite what they expected. This is more of a human psychology issue, but interesting nevertheless. I personally know that if I wanted something for a long time, I'd have a hard time admitting to myself that it isn't as good as I'd thought it would be.

My major concern with something like this is that you can't tell what it plays like or sounds like until you've got the finished product in your hand (at which point it is too late to decide you're no longer interested). I'd love to have a custom guitar, but who can guarantee that the finished product would look as good or sound as good or 'play' as good as my expectations? Just a thought.

first off - that thing has NOT written theft all over it since it is UNIQUE - noone would be able to use it anywhere on stage without beeing noticed.

and for you second thought. This thing is FAR BEYOND my expectations! realy!
I knew that it would tur out to be fantastic since i have played heaps of other guitars of this luthier and they all where amazing. but that thing is just plain sick.

It must be amazing. I thought the tone you got from your other guitars were always really nice.
What strings do you use for this this new guitar ?

Its going to be so fun for you to watch people see it for the first time and have them tell you how amazing it is.
Once this guy came round to fix something in the house. I wasnt there at the time but apparently he played guitar and was going on about how much he wanted my amp and was wondering if he could buy it off me. All it was, was a 30watt marshall mg :)

I am soooooo happy for you. I know what it is like to get a "Normal" new guitar. But that is one of a kind and badass. Enjoy brother, you deserve it.

Thats interesting. I've noticed that TheJonezter's guitar sounds like a piano sometimes too.

i need a better setup.. my home recording equipment does not to be able to reproduce all the fine nuances of that instrument. need to do some recordings in studio *nodnod*
i´ll come up with a file as soon as i can.
