Anybody here into tottoo's and or piercings? I myself have been fascinated by them both since I was a little boy. Now I've got 4 tattoo's and 5 piercings. 2 tatt's on my right arm, one on my left and one on my right shoulder/back. I also have both nipples pierced, a labret that I just got done, and 2 other's that I'll keep to myself to keep from making anyone cringe...lol I have alot more tattoo plans for the future, but untill I have the money to blow, I'll stick with what I've got. I know they're not everybody's cup of tea, but they're something I enjoy. I would post some pic's of my tatt's if I had a way to, but untill then, I'll send an e-mail with them if anyone is curious enough.
tattoo's and piercings

I guess you could put me in the catagory of people who can't stand them. Especially on girls. I won't even go out with a girl who has tatoo's. Especially one of those gross things they stick just above their butts.

I'm not into them at all.
If I'm going to be laying down cash for a piece of art(tattoo's are considered art right?), I want to at least be able to put it up on a wall and enjoy it MYSELF.
And piercings? Having another person make a hole in your body, and actually paying them to do it?? There's just something terribly wrong with that picture.
All in all, I think most tattoo's and all piercings look pretty damn stupid.
Just my two cents...

I too am not into the whole thing, but if someone wants to do it then go ahead because you are your own person and its your body, so why not do with it what you want? I have my left ear pierced, but thats it. Half the time I forget that its there.

Generally, I'm not a fan of piercings or tatoos. However, I think a chick with a pierced belly button is pretty hot.

I respect a tattoo, have none but will eventually get one once out of school. I'll never get a piercing but to each his/her own. I wanted to do a poll between the type of music you prefer/play and whether or not you have a tattoo/piercing and what kind of booze you like ... but I think we'd find that there's no relation.

It would be fun finding out.
I personally don't go for either, but the main reason I'm not interested in tattoos is because I could never decide what to get and I know whatever I got I wouldn't ever really be satisfied with it. Other than that I don't have any problem with it.

Many years ago, I let my girlfriend at the time talk me into getting my left ear lobe pierced. I still wear a small gold ring, and it's as much a part of me as one of my fingers. But I don't think I'll get anything else pierced, and a tattoo ain't gonna happen.

I've considered getting my anus pierced but wiping it would be too much of a pain in the ass.

I hope nobody laughs at that one.

Why is it that all women porn stars/models these days have tattoos? Not exactly much of a turn on for the old 5 knuckle shuffle?

oh yes - and i want to have my thingy pierced and chained to a ring trough my nose so that i can play 1-string bass *LOL*

I appreciate everyone's response and respect your feeling towards these things. I think the main reason I start this post was because I was still excited about my labret piercing, but it was getting aggravating haveing to hide it here at work, so I took it out :( oh well, I can always get it done again. I personally think a well done and well placed tatt on a female is very sexy as long as it's in a decent place, and piercings sexy to me as well. But hey, like I said, they're defanately not for everybody, and I respect everyone's opinion about them. And for the record, asking someone why they got a tattoo, piercing, or whatever is like asking one of us why we play the guitar. It's simply something we enjoy and carry with us for the rest of our life.

I got both ears pierced, 1 nose ring and 1 nipple ring. I find piercing very sexy on a woman whether it be belly, nipples, pussy, lip, tongue, I love em all. As for tats, I'd love to get 1 but I have bad skin that prevents me from getting 1.

I think tattoos on ladies can be very sexy, but it has to be very well done. No budget stuff there.
