Hi everyone,
I started teaching a year ago and at the moment still just have the one student, and although we've used some materials from books it's hard to find good ones that are aimed at beginners. If you Google this or try searching on any book store you get all sorts of recommendations; I could do with some help separating the ones the experienced teachers know have produced good results from the not-so-good. What I'm teaching at the moment is basic chords, scales, exercises, and some melodies/songs adapted for someone at beginner level.
