Video player muted on all videos

Hi ,

Im a newbie and maybe im just missing something im just running through the guitar fundermentals 1 course and every video starts with the audio muted , even when i use the video player buttons to move to the next lesson which i have unmuted. I am on a desktop pc (windows 10 with firefox as my browser). i did a quick search using the terms video player muted before making this post but there was no results.

Is this auto mute a bug or feature by design or is there some setting somewhere i can change to not auto mute ?

Sometimes I have to click on the video to get the audio. Not sure why.

We would also suggest accessing the site from a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and see if that resolves your issue.
