I don't know how to describe it, but I'm wondering how to get that vintage country slide sound? I'm having a hard time describing it, but it can be heard in the chorus of Stand By Your Man.

That's a pedal steel guitar.

You can approximate it on an electric guitar with a clean tone, lots of reverb & of a metal slide!  Play A shaped triads on the D-G-B strings.  You can also retune to an open chord.  Anders shows how to play with a slide in the Blues course.

Anders also does a great job of showing how to mimic pedal steel on electric guitar in the Country course.

Any course of action on this, I'm having a relative issue. I tried to change things and this is what happened.
