Hi,

I was wondering if GT is going to pop songs lessons soon.

I wasn't able to find much songs of artist like charlie puth, justin bieber, drake, calvin harris, marshmello.

Also,

I wanted to confirm does the songs produced by artist mentioned above comes under 'pop'?

Also why GT doesn't have tutorials on pop music?

Hey there, thanks for your question!

The term "pop" is a bit generic when it comes to styles of guitar, so here on GT, we'll usually further classify pop songs into a more specific style - "acoustic", "rock", or "funk" for example.

As for those artists, I certainly hope we get to teach them here! As instructors, we teach the songs that are assigned by the powers at be, so be sure to head to the Song Request Forum and let HQ know what artists you're looking to be added.
