Mike,

First, I wanted to thank you for the Night Train lesson. Outstanding job on that my friend.

Are there any plans to introduce more modern country lessons? I've been using a competitors site to learn modern country (they have a Night Train lesson as well), but I must say, the GT lesson was much more in-depth. I would surely welcome more along the lines of Blake Shetlon, Thompson Square, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, etc.

As you so aptly stated in the Night Train lesson...modern country has truly become a close spin off of classic rock. It's an exciting genre that, unlike no other I've seen in my 53 years, has shown an appeal to audiences of all ages.

Thanks,
Norm

Hey Norm,

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, we will be adding more modern country (Rascal Flatts, Brantley Gilbert), but it's still always a good idea to head over to the Song Request forum and make sure you request it there. By letting the 'powers at be' know what you want (bands or songs), we have a better chance of getting it added.

Thanks, and keep rockin',
Mike

Mike,

I also want to say great job on the Night Train tutorial. As a newer player the strum pattern is tough for me but you explain the pattern very well.
