song surgeon download

Hello - been using this site in basic mode for months - got an email about 1 year subscription AND song surgeon. So I joined this am and paid with paypal but no direction on where to download the song surgeon program. I have called amd left meesages and also email to the contact info - ANYBODY home ???

Assuming you signed up for the year via the email that was sent out by GT a few days back(You need to sign up via that email), after paying you should have received an order id from GT, and then it should have automatically directed you to claim your registered copy of Song surgeon. I replied to the email notification from GT to join and get the song surgeon - paid by paypal, got an email from paypal to verify payment - got an email from guitar tricks to verify with an order number but this number is not working at the song surgeon site - any other "help"
