During the second verse, the band kicks up the dynamic a notch and some cool guitar parts are featured. We have a delayed guitar line that is short and sweet, as well as some cool rhythm guitar played by our acoustic. Here are some key points to help you through it:

1. The chord progression during our verse is || Dsus2 E | Asus2 F#mi11 | Dsus2 E | F#mi11 || Dsus2 E | Asus2 F#mi11 | Dsus | E ||

2. Guitar #2 plays on the downbeat of each chord, playing a combination of open chords and arpeggios of each chord.

3. Guitar #1 plays a volume swell from F# to C# in the higher position on the high E string. This part comes in at the end of the first time through the progression, over the F#mi11.

4. The swell played by guitar #1 works well over the chord because it plays chord tones of the F#mi11 chord. The F# is the root, and the C# is the fifth.
