One of the key figures to the sound of the Chicago Blues is Muddy Waters. His Delta background and raw approach to the instrument paved the way for the blues to come. Waters is known for playing several key riffs that are staples in the blues of Chicago, and in this lesson we will examine those to mimic his approach.
