Tried to start my lessons over the weekend using the Android app, and videos wouldn’t play, but worked on my phone via web browser. Sunday, wishing for a larger screen, I switched to iPad, and the app worked fine.
Now, Monday morn, I thought I’d get a quick session in before work, and videos won’t load in the iOS app or website.
I’ve enjoyed the lessons so far, but what gives? Is the service always this unreliable?
I'm also a brand new subscriber and videos wont play on my laptop or on my phone via the web this morning.
