Yes, the made easy version is arranged for acoustic guitar & strumming chords. Totally different than what you hear in the original version with 2 electric guitars that play mostly single note lines & minimal chord voicings in a very syncopated style.
But that's the point behind the made easy arrangements: very simplified beginner versions of songs that just show you the basic chord progression on acoustic guitar.

None of the guitars in the original version strum the chords. They play single note lines & riffs that imply the chords.
Have a look at this lesson from Anders's tutorial. This is the rhythm guitar part of the song.

[quote=Violanted]2) How do I get that exact sound from the original?

Anders explains that in the very next lesson.

It's a Gibson 335 on the bridge pickup into a clean tube amp.

I have a Fender fender cd-60sce acoustic and Ephiphe Gibson style standar edition
The Gibson is going to be a better choice here. Bridge pickup into a clean amp.
Hope that helps!
Yes it helps very much thanks so much to reply back.
Of course I do like the original version, but is too advanced. I can play it with my Fender Rhodes, the same song I am mainly a Organ Keyboard player. However I love guitar and I wanna learn, made great progress so far.
I have clean Amp a Bluesbreaker style self built, with customized Amp 2 channels Clean and Crunch with Gain.
I also have a Fender Champ 5F1 self built. The one you see here on my profile is the Bluesbreaker style it has a beautiful clean sound.
