I am well into learning finger picking and Travis Picking style. When I pick with my thumb and fingers I really get it and the chord progressions are very fluid. When I put thumb and finger picks on it really gets ugly. I have had the picks on for a couple of months and I am getting minimal improvement. Any suggestions? Or should I just stick to leaving the picks off? Thanks in advance!
