I know a guy who is 55 and started playing the guitar again after 40 years break! He is very motivated and a few months ago he had his first local gig at a Jam Session in the Pub.

Take this as an example, there are thousands of people who once thought they were too old but then found the motivation and just did it! And so can you! :)
