Hi there, I have just bought a strat and put some new d adario strings on it gauge 10. I have noticed that I cant seem to do slides easily on E A D strings, the strings feel very dull and not easy to slide about. I do not know why this is as this is my usual brand of strings. the only difference is I have moved to a Strat and was playing a ibanez before.
