Now that we've gone through the root-chord strumming of all the open cowboy chords one at a time, let's try and combine some of them in the different sections of a simple practice tune. This practice tune we'll be in the key of G, so G is our "I-chord" that feels like home. C is our IV-chord, which feels like the slight departure from home, and finally D is our V-chord that leads back "home" to the I-chord.
