The intro of the song has two guitar parts. The rest of the song the guitarists play in unison. First let me show you the intro at normal speed.

Let me break both parts down for you:

Guitar one starts out hitting the open A note on the 5th string and lets it ring out for about three measures. Then start riding the A string while bouncing back and forth between an Amaj and Asus4 and throwing in a C on the 3rd fret 5th string every few measures.

After a few measures the second guitar comes in with a Chuck Berry bluesy style riff. You play the open A string with the 4th string at the 5th, 4th, and 2nd frets. Continue for a few more measures, then the guitars come back together in a D to A to G chord progression. You'll strum the open G chord for a few measures till we start the verse.
