Now we know some of the musical alphabet note names on two more strings: the A and E strings.

Let's put that knowledge to use and play a melody using those notes.

This is another stereotypical "Blues-Rock" type riff. It's also been used in many songs. Maybe you've heard this one used before, too! Go slowly, take your time. Learn where to put your fingers to play the notes properly. Gradually memorize the notes in order. Gradually get better at placing your fingers for the best possible sound out of each note.
