Hello all, my name is Jim, first week in the beginers lessons.
At 58 years old my passion for music has re-surfaced along with the search to round out my other lifes passions with something more.
In my teens I took guitar lessons and tried electric and acoustic guitars for a year or so but as with anything, other things took over in life and I dropped the interest. When I was 8 or so I took piano lessons as well.
Excited to get back into!
Experience so far has been positive as I work my way through Lisa's beginner 1.
I am looking forward to being able to play. My goals are to not be a prodigy but to enjoy the journey and play some of my favorite songs for myself, friends and family.
