Is there a specific reason that V1 of Fundamental 2 is replaced?
Check this link for Old version of Fundamental 2 progression

Yes, my lessons were old! :) So Lisa's version of the fundamentals are newer & have updated video quality standards.
Lisa & I slightly different methods & approaches, but the broad outlines of our courses are very similar because there are certain things you have to learn & know in certain orders to play guitar. You can see we have pretty similar broad outlines if you look at the landing pages for each course.
Hope this helps!

Thanks Christopher!
Christopher if I might suggest it circumspect to pin this thread?
It not only answers an increasingly common enquiry as to why there are two courses, but also clarifies why the previous older one remains.
As you point out, they two offer different approaches.
The older one (yours) may be of lesser video quality, but personally I found/find considerable benefit and enjoyment in its comprehensive attention to detail and different structural approach. I'd like to see both remain as they currently are so people can choose the path/method which is the better fit for them.

Glad you enjoyed it! As far as I know GT intends to keep it available.
