Sure is. I suggest the forum at IBreatheMusic.com Tons of people with good knowledge about music. They have great articles on their site aswell. Worth checking out.

No, at the current time this is the only guitar bbs on the "internet".
Hopefully the "internet" will become more popular in years to come, with more people using it but sadly, at present time there is nothing else.
