Playing my absolute favourite CCR song. Yes, so many others I love too, but for some reason, simple as it is, this is my favourite. Easy to play, reasonably easy to play well even. But to play, mix and have it sound as appealing as John Fogarty can? Challenge. That's the objective.

Enjoy.

Really loved CCR in the day, love JF just as much now. Take a trip with the legend and family in 2020 down memory lane to 1969.

Epic.

His voice sounds as good as it ever has. I especially enjoyed watching his daughter playing along behind him. Cool story he told, but it did go on kind of long!

It takes as long as it takes unless you quit - then it takes forever and you will never get there.

Yes, I should've hotlinked a timed link. I'll edit to do that now.

Those interested can then backtrack to listen to his spiel if they want to.

I didn't have to as I knew the relevant history from living the era. Millennials won't know without hearing the history though.

I enjoyed the story part, though. It was a bit long, but I am old enough to recognize that sometimes the story needs time to develop and I take pleasure in seeing how the story teller enjoys spinning it out. You might be surprised to know that some people accuse me of going on for too long. No? Not surprised?

I shouldn't have complained about that.
