Hey Mr Tom, great lesson. Been workin on this about a week , and i have to say these repetative lick songs with the slight variations are real brain twisters for me, but i love this style blues. Just wondering though, off the top of your head, could you refer to me some other songs in open g so i could throw them in my fav list together. I'm about to throw this lesson in the blender with hopes to come out tasty and smooth.... later my friend!

Tasty and smooth may been a little optimistic, timely without lumps may suffice for now. Any tips on tryin to retain this much material. i'm sure it's just work, work, work.... Thanks for your dedication in teaching, they are some of the best lessons on here....Cheeers Tom!

Well i found that once i started practicing the whole song it was more simple than i thought. I do wish i had a whole sheet of the notations so i would be mentally prepared as the interludes come in if that makes since. It's taking more time than i would like just for the fact that i can't get all the interludes in order. I put in a request for some J.J. Cale stuff, I'm sure he had other guitarists on most of his recordings, but i would like to see some of his songs on GT.Thanks again Tom, back to work. I have a 24 year old epiphone hummingbird that i practice with alot. For the 220 bucks i gave for that guitar back then i have lots of hours of enjoyment. Lookin' forward to your next lesson....Later TF.
